Understanding your Health Action Plan
Your Health Action Plan lives inside the Action Plan section of My Wellness File™. Your naturopathic doctor builds it with you during your consult, so you can refer back to it whenever you need.
What’s in the plan
Your plan is split across four parts of the Action Plan section:
- Health Concerns — the results, symptoms or issues you’re tracking together.
- Health Goals — what you’re working toward (more energy, better sleep, fitness, weight changes, etc.).
- Clinical Notes — your naturopathic doctor’s notes from the session, including the reasoning behind the recommendations.
- Meds & Supplements — anything your naturopathic doctor has recommended, plus what you’re already taking.
Working with your plan
The plan is meant to be lived with, not filed away.
- Refer back to it. Open My Wellness File™ any time.
- Update what you’re taking. Adjust Meds & Supplements as your routine changes.
- Track how you feel. If something shifts, note it under Health Concerns or save it for your next session.
