Setting up your account
After you pay for your program, you’ll have everything you need to activate your My Wellness File™ account.
Activating your account
You can activate two ways — whichever is easier for you:
- From the order confirmation page on our website — click the Activate Now button.
- From your activation email — we’ll send a short email with an activation button.
Either route brings you to the same place. From there:
- Confirm the email address you want to use (it defaults to the email you used at checkout — you can change it if you’d prefer a different one).
- Set a password.
- You’ll land inside your My Wellness File™ account.
Signing your consent form
The first thing to do inside the platform is review and sign your consent form. You can’t access your lab requisition until this is signed.
Where do I find the lab requisition?
Once your consent is signed, your lab requisition becomes available. Open it in your account and print it — that’s what you’ll bring to LifeLabs for your blood draw.
When can I book my review appointment?
You’ll book your virtual session with a clinician after your blood results come back (typically 3–5 days after your draw). You don’t need to take any action until you receive that notification by email.
What can I do while I wait?
Look around the platform. You’ll find content explaining the tests we run and why they matter — useful background before your clinician walks you through your results.
