Navigating the Health In A Box™ platform

When you log in to My Wellness File™, your home screen shows what’s next for you. Everything else is one click away from the navigation bar on the left.

  • Home — learn more about the biomarkers and why they are important.

Enrollment Forms

  • Enrollment Forms — your consent form and any other forms required to enroll. You’ll start here on first login. Once these are signed, the rest of the platform unlocks.

Scorecard

Your data, summarized.

  • At A Glance — a high-level overview of where your key health markers stand.
  • Lab Results — learn about each biomarker and review your detailed bloodwork once it’s back from the lab.
  • Vitals — tracked vitals like weight and blood pressure over time.

Action Plan

This is where your clinician’s plan lives — and the pieces you and your clinician update together.

  • Health Concerns — symptoms or issues you’re tracking.
  • Health Goals — the goals you’ve set with your clinician.
  • Clinical Notes — your clinician’s notes from your sessions.
  • Meds & Supplements — what you take, including anything your clinician has recommended.

Other

  • Order History — a record of your Health In A Box™ purchases.

Top-right menu (under your name)

  • My Account — update your name, contact info, and password.
  • Share Records — securely share your record with someone else, such as your family doctor.
  • Logout — sign out of the platform.

Common questions

  • Where do I print my lab requisition? It’s available inside your account once your consent form is signed, and you can always find it in your Order History. See Setting up your account.
  • How do I book my appointment with the Naturopathic Doctor? Once your blood results are in, you’ll receive an email with the link to choose your ND and book your appointment. Alternatively, you’ll also be able to book from the Enrollment Forms page. See What happens at my appointment? for what to expect.
  • Where can I see what each test means? Once you log in to the My Wellness File™ platform, you’ll be able to review explanations for the various tests in the Lab Results section.
