Your privacy matters. Health In A Box™ is operated by Innovation Health Group, and we follow all applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PHIPA (the Personal Health Information Protection Act).

The short version

• Your records live in My Wellness File™ — our secure platform. Only authorized personnel and the people you choose to share with can see your data.
• You control what you share. Use Share Records in the top-right of My Wellness File™ to give a family doctor (or anyone else) secure access. They see only what you grant.
• We don’t sell your data. Identifiable data is never shared with marketers or third parties.
• Your consent form is always available. You can review the full text under Enrollment Forms inside My Wellness File™.
