We do not accept returns once an item has been delivered if it was correct and arrived in good condition.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided the user’s account has not been activated, and no materials have been accessed.

Once a lab requisition has been issued, the program is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. Rescheduling within this window may be subject to a fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
