This Mother’s Day, Health In A Box™ is offering a complimentary women’s health experience designed to support greater insight into metabolic health and hormone balance.

This is a testimonial exchange. The selected recipient will receive a complimentary Health In A Box™ women’s health experience, and in return, she agrees to participate in testimonial content about her experience, reflections, and learnings.

You will not be required to publicly disclose specific lab values, diagnoses, or private medical information that you are not comfortable sharing. Application responses will be kept confidential and used only to review suitability for this opportunity.

If selected as a potential recipient, final participation will be subject to Health In A Box™ confirming suitability, scheduling, and your review and agreement to the final participation and media release terms.

What the selected recipient will receive

The selected recipient will receive a complimentary Health In A Box™ Women’s Health Transform Program, including:

• Bloodwork to be completed in person at the Bespoke Wellness Group clinic in Toronto, Canada
• One virtual visit with a Naturopathic Doctor
• Personalized recommendations based on the clinical review

The experience must be completed within three months of selection.

The selected recipient is responsible for attending any required in-person appointment at Bespoke Wellness Group and arranging her own transportation, parking, and related personal expenses.

This experience does not include supplements, medications, additional external testing, specialist referrals, or services beyond those listed above unless separately discussed and agreed to.

This experience cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed as a credit toward other Health In A Box™ or Bespoke Wellness Group services.

Who this experience is for

This experience is intended for a woman who is interested in better understanding her health at this stage of her life.

It is focused on preventive and proactive health insight. It does not replace the role of a family doctor, primary care physician, specialist, or other healthcare provider, and it does not create an ongoing or binding doctor-patient relationship beyond the specific services listed above.

This opportunity is best suited for someone whose health circumstances are appropriate for a structured women’s health review and who is not seeking urgent, complex, or acute medical care through this experience.

The potential recipient will be chosen by the Health In A Box™ clinical team based on suitability for this specific opportunity.
