Virtual Personal Fitness Training

Online virtual training sessions provided by LIFTSession allow you to train from the comfort of your home with fitness professionals who will create personalized plans that are right for your fitness level, and current health and injury status.  Your  live training will allow you to interact with your trainers in real time, where you and your coach can see and talk to each other.  Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are offered in either a personalized 1-on-1 setting or in a group.  Your trainers will guide and push you in the right way as you follow their workouts, and keep you motivated and engaged along the way so you can reach your fitness goals.  All you need is an internet connection and a laptop/desktop, tablet or smartphone to get started.
