What is WEconomy

A movement which challenges us to Find Meaning, Make A Living, and Change the World. From authors – Craig Kielburger and Marc Kielburger – founders of the WE Movement together with Dr. Holly Branson, daughter of global philanthropist Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group.

Health-in-a-Box is a proactive approach to disease prevention that gives people the tools to make healthy lifestyle changes. We deliver a virtual health offering used by health consumers and professionals alike to take advantage of point of care diagnostics that are proactive and actionable. Together, WE and Health-in-a-Box can create positive change in the well-being of people in North America and around the world.

As a medical advisor for WE, I believe each of us has a moral duty to share our knowledge and promote healthy lifestyles for youth in North America and worldwide. My discussion with Craig about how our team is supporting the WEconomy movement
Dr. Elaine Chin
Founder, Executive Health Centre, Innovation Health and Health-in-a-Box

Dr. Chin has pledged to do more, and Health-in-a-Box is how she and her company will play an active part in the WEconomy, which promises that you can unite purpose and profit to help individuals and communities thrive. You, too, can be part of the WEconomy.

Each time you buy a Health-in-a-Box program, five percent of our profits will go toward WE Communities in support of their Health pillar. By getting healthy you are giving health when you participate in a Health-in-a-Box program

On WE Day and every day, we stand alongside social change-makers like WE founders Craig and Marc Kielburger. We are proud to join global WEconomy leaders Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Oprah Winfrey and Jeff Stroll.

About

Dr. Elaine Chin

Elaine Chin is recognized for her visionary work in personalized, preventative health care. She formed the first physician and naturopathic doctor integrated health clinic in 1997 at the Mississauga Hospital (now Trillium Health Partners) in Toronto Canada. Today, Executive Health Centre continues to lead the way in integrating health professionals from all disciplines in supporting their patient’s holistic approach to health care. The team has been heralded for introducing a more positive and effective approach to personalized medicine.

She believe the most common diseases affecting millions today – cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer – can be prevented, starting with better knowledge of our bodies and changes in our behaviour. One way she has improved the knowledge we have of our health is by introducing advanced testing and leading edge diagnostics that scrutinize genetics, pinpoint disease bio-markers, and profile hormones, nutrients and food intolerances.

Always looking forward to deploying new scientific discoveries to her clients, Dr. Chin provides them with knowledge to give them the ability to manage their total health. Using ground breaking diagnostics, innovative technology, and guidance from expert health coaches. Today, with Health-in-a-Box, good health is truly within everyone’s control.

Dr. Elaine Chin

What drives Dr. Elaine Chin, a seasoned medical doctor, health coach, and bestselling author, is her passion for helping people live longer, more rewarding, and disease-free lives. On returning from WE trips to Ecuador and Kenya, she realized a horrifying fact: the first world influence of processed food and bad lifestyle choices is on the rise, bringing with it the spectres of chronic conditions. Immediate action is needed to stem diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and cancer everywhere, just as Dr. Chin and her team are working to achieve in North America.
